Ana is a mom of an adorable 1-year old girl. Ana has a huge passion for prenatal and postpartum moms going through the new adventure of [m]otherhood. Besides having dance parties with her one year old daughter, she loves to be in nature, writing, and doing yoga.

Ana has been a licensed Massage Therapist for the past four years. She graduated from the Virginia School of Massage in Charlottesville in 2016. Ana has experience in both medical and spa fields, but has a passion for therapeutic massage and helping birthing people, those with medical conditions and pelvic health conditions thrive. Ana has taken advanced courses i in deep tissue, prenatal, and trigger-point massage. She is currently studying labor-induction massage!
