If your first visit isn’t worth it, we make it right — period.

“Maybe you’ve been to multiple providers. Maybe you’ve been told to just do Kegels. Maybe you’ve been told it’s normal — that this is just what happens after babies, or with age. It’s not. And you don’t have to live with it.”
Leaking when you sneeze. Pain during sex that nobody has explained. Pelvic pressure that your OB chalked up to “just how it is after kids.” A tailbone that’s been sore for two years and a core that’s never quite come back online.
These things are common. They are not normal. And they are not permanent — when you find someone who actually looks for the root cause instead of handing you a generic exercise sheet.
That’s exactly what we do. Our team is highly trained, uses advanced modalities like Class IV laser and dry needling that most PT clinics don’t offer, and spends a full hour with you for evaluations and 55-minutes for follow ups — one on one, every visit — until the problem is actually solved.
The Proven Process: how we actually solve your problem.
STEP 1
ROOT.
Your first visit is a full evaluation — 60 minutes, hands-on, root-cause focused. We don’t treat symptoms. We find what’s actually causing your leaking, pain, or dysfunction, and build a plan around that specific why.
STEP 2
RESTORE.
Personalized hands-on treatment that goes after the root cause. Every session includes advanced modalities — Class IV laser, dry needling, Dolphin MPS for scar treatment, ultrasound imaging — at no extra charge. 1:1 with your therapist for the full session, every time.
STEP 3
THRIVE.
We don’t discharge you when the pain stops. We build resiliency — strengthening and retraining your body so that when you go back to running, lifting, sex, or chasing toddlers, the problem stays gone.

If it’s happening in your pelvic floor, core, or hips — we’ve seen it, and we know how to fix it.

What makes us different from every other PT clinic in Richmond.
The most credentialed pelvic team in Richmond.
Board Certified in Women’s Health (PWCS), Orthopedics (OCS), Sports (SCS), and Postpartum Corrective Exercise (PCES). Internal residency-level mentoring. Several of our therapists teach at the postgraduate level. These aren’t credentials on a wall — they change what we can find and fix for you.
Advanced modalities. Included. Every session.
Class IV laser, dry needling, Dolphin MPS for scar treatment, and diagnostic ultrasound imaging — all included in your session at no extra charge. Most PT clinics don’t offer any of these. We use all of them as standard tools, because they make the treatment work better and faster.
A spa-like experience with clinical-grade outcomes.
This is not a gym-floor PT mill. You have a private room, a therapist who knows your name and your history, and a team that treats you like the whole person you are. When our clients finally come to see us, they unanimously agree: their sessions are their favorite part of the day.
Real outcomes. From real clients.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral or prescription to book?
No. Virginia is a direct access state — you can book a pelvic therapy evaluation without a physician referral. Just reach out through our contact form and our admin team will get you scheduled with the right therapist.
What does a pelvic therapy evaluation actually involve?
Your first visit is 60 minutes, one on one with your therapist. We take a thorough history, assess your movement, and — with your consent — may perform an internal pelvic floor assessment to understand what’s actually driving your symptoms. You’ll leave with a clear picture of what’s going on and a plan for addressing it.
I’m nervous about pelvic therapy. What should I expect?
That’s one of the most common things we hear — and it almost always goes away within the first few minutes. Our therapists are warm, thorough, and will explain everything before they do it. Nothing happens without your consent, and we move at your pace. When our clients finally come to see us, they unanimously agree their sessions are their favorite part of the day.
Do you accept insurance?
We are cash pay only — we do not bill insurance or accept Medicare. HSA and FSA are accepted. Many clients submit claims to their insurance independently using a superbill we provide. We are upfront about every cost before your first appointment — no surprises.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the chronicity and complexity of your condition — there’s no honest one-size answer. Some clients see significant results in four to six sessions. Others with longer-standing or layered conditions need more. We’ll give you our best estimate after your evaluation, and we’ll be straight with you about what realistic progress looks like.
Do you treat men and children?
Yes. We treat all genders and all ages. Our men’s pelvic health program addresses incontinence, post-prostatectomy recovery, pelvic pain, and erectile dysfunction. Our pediatric pelvic therapy program addresses constipation, encopresis, and bedwetting. Every client gets the same level of 1:1 expert care.
What makes you different from other PT clinics in Richmond?
Three things: credentials, modalities, and experience. Our team holds the highest pelvic health certifications available — Board Certified in Women’s Health (PWCS), Orthopedics (OCS), and Postpartum Corrective Exercise (PCES). Every session includes advanced modalities like Class IV laser and dry needling at no extra charge. And you’re in a private room with your therapist for every minute of every session — no aides, no gym floor, no rushing.

Already in pelvic therapy? You might love what’s next.
Many of our clients combine pelvic therapy with massage therapy for faster relief — or move into shockwave therapy for chronic orthopedic conditions that overlap with their pelvic work. Both services are available at the same locations, with the same level of care.
You don’t have to keep living with this.
Reach out and our admin team will match you with the right therapist. Same week appointments are often available.
