Service Description

Advanced Visceral Techniques for the Fertility Client for PTs, OTs and Massage Therapists: Participants should have some experience in visceral techniques or taken previous visceral mobilization or manipulation courses. Objectives: By the end of this course, participants will be able to: 1. Describe the principles of holistic care for the fertility client and explain the pelvic health therapist’s role in supporting fertility. 2. Identify and explain common methods of fertility tracking. 3. Summarize the phases of the female menstrual cycle, explain the roles of the endocrine system, and interpret common fertility-related lab tests. 4. Discuss common diagnoses in fertility care and outline pathways for navigating fertility-related concerns. 5. Assess the anatomy and relationships of the abdominal visceral structures. 6. Demonstrate techniques to evaluate and apply manual therapy interventions for abdominal visceral restrictions and organ motility dysfunction. 7. Analyze and evaluate case studies to develop evidence-informed treatment strategies for fertility clients. Program Schedule: 9 AM to 4 PM 9 AM: Welcome!
