Sarah Lopez is a licensed massage therapist who brings the same wholehearted, intentional approach to her work that she brings to her life. Her passion for birth and perinatal care took root after her own home birth experience with her daughter — and it has shaped everything about how she shows up for her clients.

Sarah specializes in prenatal massage, cupping, and tech neck syndrome, and treats every session as an opportunity to do more than help someone relax. Her goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where clients leave feeling genuinely better — problems addressed, not just temporarily eased.
