If you are pregnant and struggling with pain, book with us.  We recommend a 55-minute session for back, pelvic or symphysis pubis pain and a 90-minute session for pelvic floor, incontinence or "Body Balance for Birth" sessions.  

Pregnancy: Body Balance for Birth:  We offer a 90-minute hands-on session to optimize your pelvic bones and muscles for an easier and smoother delivery.  Practice pushing effectively, yet gently, on your pelvic floor, learn about the best positions to labor and push in and learn what positions to try if labor stalls or slows.  Book this visit at 33+ weeks of gestation.
