Dr. Sarah (Blecher) Pattie, PT, DPT

Orthopedic + Pelvic Physical Therapist

Dr. Sarah Pattie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Campbell University and her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Radford University. She has since built advanced clinical skills through direct mentorship and post-doctoral coursework with the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments and Spinning Babies — and has contributed to the Pelvic Health section of the APTA, where she detailed the importance of pelvic floor PT during the fourth trimester.

Dr. Sarah treats clients from adolescence through adulthood dealing with urinary or fecal incontinence, pelvic and vulvar pain, dysmenorrhea, and constipation. She works with pregnant, postpartum, and IUI/IVF clients, as well as men navigating pelvic health concerns and post-prostatectomy recovery. One of her favorite things to show clients: how deeply the pelvis is connected to conditions like TMJ pain, low back pain, and hip dysfunction — because treating the whole picture is what actually gets people better.

Dr. Sarah is passionate about building a safe, judgment-free space where clients can receive the quality care they deserve. Her goal, every time, is to help clients return to every activity they love — without pain or limitations.

Outside the clinic, she lives in the Richmond area with her husband, daughters, and dog, and happily splits her free time between the beach and the mountains.
